Yutka Fence Company specializes in residential fence installation. Our services include consultation, project planning, fence construction, and repairs. We operate primarily in Southeast Wisconsin, Northern Illinois, and Surrounding Areas.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the site for users who violate these rules.
All fence installation and repair services are subject to a written agreement or proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, materials, and pricing. By approving a proposal or estimate, you enter into a binding contract with Yutka Fence Company.
Quotes are based on the current cost of labor and materials and may be subject to change. Full payment terms, including deposit requirements and payment schedule, will be provided prior to project start.
Late payments may be subject to service charges.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation fees may apply if work has already commenced or materials have been purchased.
Yutka Fence provides a 3 year labor warranty on all new residential fences and a 1 year labor warranty on all new residential gates. Fence repairs and commercial installations have a 1 year labor warranty. Details of Yutka Fence’s warranty are listed here.
